Cancellation Policy
Our specialists are in considerable demand. Kindly observe a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows will have to pay 50% of their service on their credit card. If appointment was reserved with a gift certificate their certificate will be forfeited.

As always, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. A $3 service charge is added when paying by credit card over the phone.

Permanent cosmetic makeup is a process where pigment is inserted into the dermal layer of the skin. How is permanent makeup applied?

Diane Kennedy uses a gentle hand method utilizing Softap sterile tools and beautiful color pigments. After color, shape and symmetry of the feature to be enhanced is agreed upon by you and Diane, a topical anesthetic will be applied, then the pigment is applied precisely. Most people are quite comfortable experiencing no pain or a mild "prickling sensation during the procedure.

Is the procedure safe?

Yes, only sterile hand tools are used and they are disposed of after each client. Proper disinfecting guidelines are followed and new gloves and mask are worn for every client.

How long does the procedure take?

Eyeliner, eyebrows and lip liner take approximately two hours and full lip color takes three hours.

How long does it last?

Permanent makeup is a permanent tattoo. However, like all tattoos it will fade over time. Exposure to sunlight causes the fastest fading. Most permanent makeup needs to be color re-freshed two to three years after the initial procedure.

Is the procedure painful?

Your comfort during the procedure is very important. Two anesthetic ointments are utilized to achieve maximum comfort. Some clients report a mild prickling sensation during the procedure while most say they feel nothing at all. The areas that received permanent makeup usually feel tender the day after the procedure.
